Usually, I create a one or two row motif each month for my tatting groups to work but ocassionally I give them a larger project that will take two or three classes to complete. This angel is definately a large project. The pattern uses basic rings and chains and the special techniques - block tatting, split rings, measured picots, pearl tatting and a beaded dropped (aka 'downward') picot.
I created two different Christmas Angel patterns this year but this one has been the most popular. There is still time to make one for Christmas so if you'd like to give it a go, the pattern, along with instructions for the special techniques are on my website.
